About Us
Johan, Director of Operations and Installations, started with Racking Installations in 2004. He is a qualified Artisan, and in 1999 he decided to start his own business. At first, he installed Mobile Shelving, but his love for Racking started in 2004 when he was contracted to install Industrial Pallet Racking. In 2018 the business was registered as a Company.
Tiaan, Director of Maintenance and Conversions, started working with us when he was still in High School. He has been trained, climbing the racks himself, and has become a Professional Supervisor.
Johan and Tiaan supervise all the work themselves.
Health & Safety
The Le Roux Racking Installations Management Team is committed to the safety, health and welfare of all stakeholders and employees, and shall demonstrate leadership in achieving the highest HSE standards. The Management Team and employees shall commit to safety, health, welfare, and environmental goals.
We also have our own Fall Protection Planner, HIRAC Risk Assessor and other necessary certificates that are presented to our clients, in our Health and Safety File.
